How We work

We are a Humanistic, Integrative Counselling Therapy practice. Our approach focuses on you as a unique individual, and your own perspective.

To help understand your issues, and address them we hope to build a relationship around trust, confidentiality, respect and understanding. A variety of useful techniques based around talking therapies could include creative work, discussion of dreams, relaxation, mindfulness and grounding, cognative, emotionaly focused and evidence based approaches.

We believe in understanding the whole person, and experience in physical health, psychiatry and work with young people helps to work with you in the most effective way possible. We are bound to the BACP ethical framework in our practice, and are commited to ethical best practice. We recieve regular supervision by qualified supervisors, and undertake training and continuing professional practice improvement regularly.
